I feel it is very important to determine if I can help you reach your health goals so I always offer a free, 30 minute phone "Meet and Greet."
During this phone consult, I find out what you need help with and what your goals are for your health. I tel you about myself and how I work.
I do not give advice on what you need to do during this phone call. I will give you that advice when you are a client.
I love this work and I am very passionate about it BUT I want you to be sure I am the right Practitioner for you. I want you to be sure how I work will work for you, too.
I do not teach people how to cook or make menu plans. There are many people who provide these services on the internet. I do provide good food resources, good websites, and good books for you to reference.

Are you you ready to get started? Let me help you begin your journey on the GAPS DIet.
When you work with me as your GAPS DIet Practitioner, I carefully take into account your specific health needs and try to answer all of your questions. Each client is different and any tweaking to the GAPS DIet protocol needs to be personalized. After each consult, you will receive an email of what we talked about and what your plan of action should be.
Initial Consult

When you have made the decision to work with me, I do an indepth, initial phone consult to go through your health history and figure out how we need to tailor the GAPS DIet to suit your needs. I strongly believe educating you about how your body works is very important. I always send all my clients a copy of my book to help reinforce why you are doing the GAPS DIet and what's going on in your body.
After the consult, I email you your plan of action report and how to utilize the GAPS Diet to reach your health goals. After you receive your report and within 30 days of receiving it, you also get a 30 minute follow up phone call. This is to answer any questions and make sure we are on the same page.
$250, 90 minutes
Follow Up Consults
Follow up consults are to help you rsolve any issues you are having or if new issues come up.
$2 per minute in 30 and 60 minute increments
